Do you provide a tracking number?When we dispatch an order we send you an email with the order’s shipping confirmation including its track and the link where to track it.
How do I change my shipping address?Login to your account, find your order and if it wasn’t shipped yet when you can edit your shipping address. You can also contact us by opening a ticket and we will change the shipping address for you.
How do I track the status of my order?You will get an email confirmation that your order is completed, the mail will include the tracking number with the link to the tracking page. Also you can track your order by viewing your order in your account.
How long does it take to receive my order?It depends by the warehouse you are buying from, USA Warehouse ETA is 3-7 days. International and Europe warehouse takes from 10 to 31 days.
How much is shipping?Please Note: We are shipping from different warehouses around the world. Each warehouse has a separate shipping cost. We would advise you to order from the same warehouse to avoid multiple shipping costs.
